Convert Crédit Agricole statements to Excel or CSV
Crédit Agricole's own download covers recent operations only. Older months sit in the e-documents area of Crédit Agricole En Ligne or the Ma Banque app as PDF relevés de compte, which BankConv converts to Excel, CSV or Google Sheets with operation date and value date kept apart.
Updated
Download your Crédit Agricole relevé de compte
- 1.Log in to Crédit Agricole En Ligne (credit-agricole.fr, then your regional bank) or the Ma Banque app.
- 2.Look for Mes documents, then Consulter mes e-documents (in the app, usually under Menu, then Mes documents).
- 3.Choose the account and the month, then open the relevé and download the PDF.
- 4.Repeat for each month.
Do you need to convert at all?
Crédit Agricole En Ligne usually lets you download recent operations from the account page as a spreadsheet-style file. Options vary between the regional banks (caisses régionales) and between personal and business accounts.
Recent operations only, and not offered the same way by every regional bank. Relevés de compte stay available as PDF in e-documents, for up to 10 years.

What to know about Crédit Agricole PDFs
- French number format
- Amounts use a comma for decimals and a space for thousands (for example 1 250,00). Open the CSV with a French locale, or check that the converted amounts are numbers rather than text before you sum them.
- Two dates per operation
- Each line usually has an operation date (Date opé.) and a value date (Date valeur), both day first and without a year. Use the operation date for bookkeeping and keep the value date as a reference.
- Layout varies by regional bank
- Crédit Agricole is a group of regional banks, so headings and label wording can differ slightly between caisses. The relevé opens with an ancien solde and closes with totals and a nouveau solde; leave those lines out of any sum.
Converting a Crédit Agricole relevé de compte
The monthly relevé de compte is normally a text-based PDF, so each operation should come out as one row. Card payments (CB lines) often include the purchase date in the label, which is useful when matching receipts.
- Download the PDF relevés from e-documents.
- Upload them to BankConv.
- Check the rows, then export Excel or CSV.
Checking the result
The relevé has no running balance per line, so check with the solde lines and totals instead.
- Sum Débit and Crédit, excluding the ancien and nouveau solde lines.
- Check that ancien solde + credits − debits = nouveau solde. With an ancien solde of 1 845,20, the sample rows above give 2 454,43.
- Confirm every amount is a number, not text.
- Add the year to each date from the relevé period.
To import into Pennylane, Cegid or EBP, use their bank CSV import with the converted file. If your software wants OFX, download OFX from BankConv instead of CSV. Other French banks are on the French banks page.

Crédit Agricole statement questions
Can I download Crédit Agricole operations as CSV?
For recent operations, often yes, from the account page, though options vary by regional bank. For older months, download the PDF relevés de compte from e-documents and convert them in BankConv.
Can I import the result into Pennylane, Cegid or EBP?
BankConv exports CSV and Excel. Many French accounting tools, including Pennylane, Cegid and EBP, can import a bank CSV; check your software's column and number-format settings before importing.
Why are my Crédit Agricole amounts text in Excel?
The relevé uses comma decimals and space separators. Open the CSV with the French locale, or replace commas with points and remove spaces before converting to numbers.
